Miss Telangana 2018 and former Miss India finalist Sai Kamakshi Bhaskarla has been roped in to play a key role in Akhil4. However, details about Kamakshi’s role have been kept under wraps. Kamakshi is an MBBS graduate and Akhil4 marks her silver screen debut.
Akhil4 has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead opposite Akhil. Bommarillu Bhaskar is directing the movie and Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts 2 banners are jointly presenting the movie.
