S.V. Krishna Reddy and Ali scored a big hit in the 90’s with ‘Yamaleela’. The film was a sensation in those days and it was a surprise hit, considering the fact that there was no established hero in the film.
Now after all these years, ‘Yamaleela 2’ is getting ready, as a sequel of sorts. This film is also being directed by S.V. Krishna Reddy, with a newcomer. While Kaikala Satynarayana played the role of Yamadharma Raja in ‘Yamaleela’, the role is being played by Collection King Dr. Mohan Babu in this version.
Shooting is currently going on in Hyderabad and Dr. Mohan Babu is participating in the shoot quite actively. Just like the original, this film is also expected to be a hilarious entertainer with a socio fantasy backdrop.
