Popular Malayalam star Mohanlal is all set to turn director with a 3D film titled Barroz. The film is currently under pre-production and it’s said to be a fantasy film for children. Set in the backdrop of maritime history of India, Portugal, Spain, and Africa, the film has international stars Paz Vega and Rafael Amargo.
Interestingly, the acclaimed star has roped in 13-year old Lydian Nadhaswaram as the music composer of the film. The young boy shot to fame recently after she stunned the US audience in a talent show, The World’s Best, with his exceptional skills on a piano. Eventually, he won the talent show and A R Rahman praised the teenager for his exceptional talent.
With Mohanlal roping in the wonder kid, Barroz 3D has already become one of the most talked about films in recent times, especially in Kerala. The film is likely to go on floors in early 2020. More details are awaited.
