The current flavor in Bollywood is the remakes. A handful of remake films have dominated the recent releases. Super star Ajay Devgn, who earlier remade films like ‘Singham’ and ‘Son of Sardar’ is all set to star in the remake of Tamil super hit ‘Muni 2’.
According to sources, actor Tusshar Kapoor has acquired the rights of this comedy thriller and Lawrence will be making his directorial debut in Bollywood. In the original version, Lawrence played the lead character while popular actor Sarath Kumar surprised everyone with his transgender role.
It would be interesting to see who would take up this character in Hindi. This film is expected to go on floors in December. Watch this space for more details on this project.
