An 8-year-old audio clip featuring Rashmika Mandanna’s family members is being widely circulated online, which allegedly highlights a major chapter in the actress’s life before she gained fame in Tollywood.
Rashmika Mandanna has now issued a statement reacting strongly to the leaked clip. She said, “A small portion of that conversation has been deliberately taken out of context and circulated widely to create yet another discomforting controversy, strategically coinciding with the recent developments in my life (marriage).”
Rashmika added that she had remained silent over the years but could no longer stay calm as her family was being dragged into the matter. The actress asked the media, influencers, and individuals to remove the defamatory content within 24 hours of the social media post, failing which legal action would be initiated.
