Sundeep Kishan’s action-adventure Sigma is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on October 2nd. The film marks the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay and is produced by Subaskaran under the Lyca Productions banner. The promotional content released so far, including the teaser and songs, has created good interest around the film.
Sigma is set for a strong theatrical rollout in the Telugu states, with Mythri Movie Distributors LTD acquiring the distribution rights for Coastal Andhra and Telangana, while NVR Cinema will be releasing the film in the Ceeded territory.
The association with Mythri Movie Distributors LTD is expected to work in the film’s favour, given the company’s strong presence in the Telugu market and its experience in handling major releases. Having backed several successful films in recent times, the distribution house is expected to provide Sigma with a wide release and solid theatrical visibility.
The Telugu release also brings together some of the prominent names in Indian cinema, with Lyca Productions backing the film and Mythri Movie Distributors LTD and NVR Cinema handling its theatrical distribution across the Telugu states. Their combined presence is expected to give the film an added advantage in terms of reach and positioning.
Faria Abdullah is paired opposite Sundeep Kishan, while Raju Sundaram, Sampath Raj, Shiv Pandit, Anbu Thasan, and Yog Japee will be seen in important roles. Thaman is the music composer.
