Recently the success meet of Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy was conducted in Hyderabad. During his speech, Balayya made some comments about legendary SV Ranga Rao Garu and Akkineni Nageswara Rao Garu.
This didn’t go well with a certain section of netizens, and they found the star’s comments derogatory. Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni issued a joint statement in this regard now, which has already gone viral.
They wrote that Sr. NTR Garu, ANR Garu, and SV Ranga Rao Garu contributed immensely to Telugu cinema and called them the pride of Tollywood. They added that disrespecting them is degrading ourselves.
