Naga Shaurya is all set to entertain audiences with his new mass avatar in Bad Boy Karthik, an action drama marking the directorial debut of Raam Desina (Ramesh). Produced by Srinivasa Rao Chintalapudi under Sri Vaishnavi Films, the film is slated for release on 17th April. Today, the makers revealed the theatrical trailer.
It opens with Naresh Vijayakrishna’s character pleading with God for mercy as his locality suffers under the tyranny of dangerous men. Enter Bad Boy Karthik- a rugged, unstoppable force who lives life by his own rules. How he takes on the antagonist and protects the innocent forms the heart of the story.
Naga Shaurya delivers a full-blown mass performance, displaying impressive variation and aggression. Along with intense action, his comic timing works in the fun-filled moments with Sai Kumar. Vidhi appears lovely as the female lead, Samuthirakani looks menacing as the villain, while Naresh VK leaves a mark with his emotional portrayal.
Going by the trailer, the film promises a mix of mass action, drama, romance, and humor. Director Ramesh seems to have delivered a mass entertainer. Zee Studios has acquired both theatrical and non-theatrical rights.
