Nagarjuna – Rahul Ravindran’s next film will be in our banner

Sushanth and debutant actress Ruhani Sharma’s romantic entertainer, Chi La Sow, is gearing up for release this Friday. On this occasion, the film’s presenter Akkineni Nagarjuna interacted with the media.

Speaking at the event, Nag said that initially, he was not much interested in this project and didn’t even know about it, but it was Naga Chaitanya who insisted him to watch the film as he felt it was a genuine attempt. “Believing in Chay’s gut feeling, I happened to watch the film and was quite surprised with the output,” said Nag. Heaping praises on the lead pair, Nag said that both Sushanth and Ruhani have done a brilliant job. “As Annapurna Studios always encourages new talent and back good films, I immediately had a meeting with the film’s producers and decided to tie up with them and release the film all over,” Nag added further.

Talking about the director Rahul Ravindran, Nag said that he was pleasantly surprised by the way Rahul has handled the film as an experienced director. He also added that Rahul has done an amazing work with this new age romantic entertainer and said that the film will surely be liked by the audience. He also added that impressed with Rahul’s direction skills, he had promised to make a film with him in his banner.

Speaking about his ongoing projects, Nag said that his current project Devadas’ shoot is nearing completion. He also opened up about his Bollywood flick, Brahmastra, saying that he will be seen in a guest appearance for fifteen minutes in the film
