On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, many films were released today, with the notable ones being Sundeep Kishan’s Sigma, Fahadh Faasil’s Don’t Trouble The Trouble, and Harsh Roshan’s Thella Kaagitham.
However, Nani’s The Paradise, which was released last week, is maintaining a firm lead over the new releases on BookMyShow. What makes this even more surprising is that The Paradise received negative reports. Despite being a holdover title, Nani’s film drawing more footfalls indicates the kind of goodwill he has earned over the years.
Coming to the new releases, Thella Kaagitham and Don’t Trouble The Trouble opened to mixed reports, while Sundeep Kishan’s Sigma’s initial reports are not encouraging. Looking at the momentum, The Paradise is set to dominate the long weekend in Telugu markets.
