Star heroine Nayanthara’s landmark 75th film finally kick-started its shooting formalities in Chennai yesterday. The movie’s unit released a special video to announce the same. None other than Kollywood stalwart Superstar Rajinikanth signed on the clapboard and wished the team ahead of the first shot.

In this as-yet-untitled film has Tamil hero Jai playing the male lead. Incidentally, Nayan and Jain are reuniting after their 2013 romantic drama, Raja Rani. The film is being directed by Nilesh Krishna and will have its soundtrack composed by Thaman.

Zee Studios, Naad S Studios and Trident Arts banners are jointly producing this special project. Apart from Tamil, the film will also be released in Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam in 2023 end.
