Hero Nikhil is currently wrapping up Kirrak Party, an official remake of the blockbuster Kannada campus entertainer, Kirik Party. On January 19, after the Sankranthi festivities, Nikhil will be launching his next film.
Like Kirrak Party, Nikhil’s next film too will be a remake and this time of the hit Tamil thriller, Kanithan. Starring Atharvaa and Catherine Tresa, this racy action thriller released last year and received positive reviews.
TN Santhosh, who directed the Tamil version, will also helm the Telugu remake. Tagore Madhu is producing the movie. More details will be announced soon.
