Sometime back, we had reported that superstar Rajinikanth will be doing a film with young director Ranjith. Latest reports reveal that the film will be set in a gangster backdrop.
Going into details, Rajini will be seen playing the role of an gangster and his characterization is going to be quite unique. After the disappointment of Lingaa, Rajini is making sure that he works with younger talent who will showcase him in a new way.
Reports also reveal that this film will not have a leading lady. Popular producer and Tamil Film Producer’s Council’s President Kalaipuli S Thanu is expected to produce this film.
