The speculations surrounding Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin have turned out to be true, and the movie is no longer arriving on June 26 as announced earlier. King Nagarjuna took to social media and revealed that the film will now be released on July 10, 2026.
The team wants to provide the best theatrical experience to the audience, and that’s the reason behind the delay. They don’t want to rush the product and deliver something underwhelming. Nagarjuna once again promised that viewers will witness a new Akhil in Lenin.
The film is directed by Murali Kishore Abburu of Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha fame. Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead, while Shivaji and Saranya Pradeep essay pivotal roles.
Naga Vamsi and Nagarjuna are jointly producing the movie under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Annapurna Studios, respectively. Thaman is the music composer.
