The AP government has now issued a ticket rate hike G.O. for Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s upcoming sports action drama Peddi. The film, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, will have paid premieres on Wednesday (June 3) night at 8 PM, and the government has allowed Rs. 600/- (including GST) as the fare for these special shows.
For the regular shows starting from Thursday (June 4), prices have been increased by Rs. 100/- (including GST) in single screens and Rs. 125/- (including GST) in multiplexes. The revised ticket fares for Peddi are Rs. 247/- in single screens and Rs. 302/- in multiplexes. The hiked rates are applicable for the first ten days. Five shows are allowed to be screened during this period.
The film is carrying very good buzz among audiences, and if it turns out to be good, Ram Charan is set to create mayhem at the box office. The biggie features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, and has its music by AR Rahman. Venkata Satish Kilaru of Vriddhi Cinemas is the producer.
