In 2021, Aha came up with the web series 3 Roses, starring Eesha Rebba, Payal Rajput, and Poorna in the lead roles. Directed by Maggi, the series was created by director Maruthi and produced by SKN.
The second season was supposed to premiere tomorrow, but SKN has postponed the release to December 13 as a mark of respect to Nandamuri Balakrishna, whose new film Akhanda 2 is set to hit the big screens tomorrow.
With Telugu audiences currently engulfed in Akhanda 2 mania, the makers of 3 Roses didn’t want to take a risk by clashing with the action drama, as the OTT show might get overshadowed. Hence, 3 Roses 2 will now stream from December 13.
The new season features Eesha Rebba, Rashi Singh, and Kushitha Kallapu in the lead roles, while Satya and Viva Harsha play key parts. The second instalment is directed by Kiran Karavalla.
