As a Republic Day special, Bollywood released Border 2, a patriotic war drama starring Sunny Deol in the lead role. Serving as a sequel to the classic Border (1997), the film is directed by Anurag Singh.
The movie, which grossed around Rs. 463 crore worldwide, has now locked its OTT premiere date. Netflix, through its app catalogue, has announced that the war drama will make its digital debut on March 20, 2026.
This will be a good opportunity for those who wish to revisit the film and for those who missed watching it in cinemas.
Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, and others play key roles in this biggie, which is produced by T-Series Films and JP Films. The makers have also announced another film continuing the Border franchise.
