Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor made his OTT debut with Farzi, directed by Raj and DK. The web series was a mega hit on Prime Video, and received appreciation from every nook and corner. Farzi, which registered a sensational viewership, ended on a cliffhanger, promising a face-off between Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi, and Kay Kay Menon.
Audience have been waiting for the second installment for a long time, and according to a recent report in Pinkvilla, Farzi 2 is set to roll from December 2025. The report mentioned, “The duo of Raj and DK are presently busy with Rakht Brahmand. On calling it a wrap, they will proceed to the pre-production of Farzi 2 and take it on floors by December.”
Further, it was mentioned that Farzi 2 would premiere in the second half of 2026. The director duo are said to be conducting several meetings to achieve perfection in script. The show also stars Raashii Khanna, Bhuvan Arora, Regina Cassandra, and Kavya Thapar in pivotal roles.
