Suriya’s latest film, Retro, unfortunately did not perform well at the box office. Released on May 1, 2025, the Karthik Subbaraj-directed biggie stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead.
The film is once again in the spotlight as its OTT debut draws near. Reports indicate that Retro will be available on Netflix starting June 5, 2025, across all languages including Hindi. An official announcement regarding the digital release is expected soon.
This gangster love drama also features Joju George, Vidhu, Jayaram, Nassar, and others in key roles. The movie was produced by Suriya and Jyotika, along with Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and Rajsekar Pandian, with music composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
