Prakash Raj will be seen in a spy thriller series Mukhbir releasing on ZEE5 this month. Now his long-delayed directorial Tadka will be released on the same OTT platform this Friday. This Hindi-language romantic drama actually began filming back in 2016.
Due to a few financial issues, the film didn’t make it to the theatres. The film has an ensemble cast of Nana Patekar, Shriya Saran, Taapsee Pannu, Ali Fazal, and Murali Sharma in important roles. It is the official remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Salt N’ Pepper.
Love is Cooking is the tagline. It is produced together by Sameer Dixit, Jatish Varma, and Prakash Raj under the Prakash Raj Productions and Movie Makers Inc. banners. Ilaiyaraaja, Anup Rubens, Ankit Tiwari, Vivek Kar, and Kapil Jangir composed the music.
