Shambhala:
After a long wait, Aadi Saikumar finally scored a superhit with the mystical thriller Shambhala. The movie directed by Ugandhar Muni ended the year on a high note for Tollywood. The movie will be available for streaming from January 22nd on Aha. Archana Iyer, Lubber Pandhu fame Swasika, Ravi Varma, Madhunandan, and Siva Karthik played key roles.
Sandhya Nama Upasathe:
A new Telugu film titled Sandhya Nama Upasathe will premiere on ETV Win on January 22. The movie appears to be a romantic drama headlined by Kristen Ravali. Promo Bhaskar is the director, and the movie is produced by Narayana Pendyala.
Cheekatilo:
Sobhita Dhulipala’s upcoming thriller Cheekatilo is headed for a direct-to-digital release on Amazon Prime Video on January 23. Sobhita plays a determined TV reporter on a relentless mission to expose the city’s criminal landscape. Directed by Sharan Koppishetty, the film also stars Viswadev Rachakonda, Esha Chawla, Chaitanya Visalakshmi, Jhansi, and Aamani in key roles.
Tere Ishk Mein:
Dhanush and Kriti Sanon’s romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein emerged as a box office hit. The film will be available for streaming from January 23 on Netflix. As of now, only Hindi audio is confirmed for release. Tere Ishk Mein marks the third collaboration between Dhanush and Aanand L Rai after Raanjhaana and Atrangi Re. Prakash Raj, Priyanshu Painyuli, and Tota Roy Chowdhury played supporting roles.
Sirai:
Sirai is a Tamil-language courtroom drama headlined by Vikram Prabhu. The movie, directed by debutant Suresh, turned out to be a surprise hit. Sirai will make its digital debut on ZEE5 on January 23. As of now, only the Tamil version has been confirmed for release. Sirai also stars LK Akshay Kumar, Anishma Anilkumar, and Anantha Thambirajah in key roles.
Mastiii 4:
Mastiii 4 is the fourth film of the Masti film series and stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani in the lead roles. The movie was panned by critics and became a huge flop at the box office. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the movie will make its digital premiere on ZEE5 on January 23.
Mark:
Sandalwood star Kichcha Sudeep recently came up with the action thriller Mark, helmed by Vijay Kartikeyaa. Mark received mixed reviews and fared decently at the box office. Mark will be available for streaming from January 23 in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam audios on Jio Hotstar. This is a Hindi web series that showcases all that went behind India’s successful Chandrayaan 3 lunar mission after the Chandrayaan 2 setback. Nakul Mehta, Shriya Saran, and Gopal Datt played key roles. The show will be available for streaming on Jio Hotstar from January 23.
