The teaser of the Telugu period war action drama Swayambhu was released today and has drawn a strong response from viewers. The film features Nikhil Siddhartha, Samyuktha, and Nidhhi Agerwal in lead roles and is mounted on a large scale.
Meanwhile, Nikhil’s previous film Appudo Ippudo Eppudo (2024), which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video, has entered the trending list and is now ranked No. 8 in drama category on the platform. The sudden resurgence has caught attention, and it may be linked to the growing buzz around his upcoming release, Swayambhu.
Appudo Ippudo Eppudo underperformed during its theatrical run and did not make much impact on OTT as well. However, it has now reappeared in the platform’s trending section. The film marked the Tollywood debut of Rukmini Vasanth and was directed by Sudheer Varma.
