Sivakarthikeyan’s recent release, Ayalaan, has struck a chord with the audience. The sci-fi action drama is directed by R. Ravi Kumar of Indru Netru Nalai fame. The Telugu version was supposed to hit the big screens during the Sankranthi season, but due to multiple releases in Tollywood, it got postponed to Republic Day weekend.
However, due to the legal issues, the Telugu version’s release didn’t happen. Recently, Sun NXT announced that the movie will arrive digitally on February 9. As per the latest buzz, the Telugu version won’t be releasing on February 9. It seems Telugu folks need to wait for a few more days to watch Ayalaan.
Rakul Preet Singh played the female lead. Kotapadi J Rajesh produced Ayalaan under the banner of KJR Studios. Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanu Priya, and Yogi Babu played other crucial roles. Oscar-winning AR Rahman composed the tunes.
