Marking the 10th anniversary of the iconic Baahubali franchise, SS Rajamouli and his team re-edited Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion into a single feature titled Baahubali: The Epic. The film was released in theatres on October 31, 2025, in multiple languages and went on to entertain audiences at the box office, much like the earlier parts.
The film later made its OTT debut on Netflix as a Christmas special. However, the release came as a surprise as it was made available only in Hindi, leaving Telugu audiences disappointed. Since then, the makers have maintained silence regarding the release of the Telugu version. It has been nearly a month since the film’s theatrical run ended, yet there is still no clarity on when the original Telugu version will arrive on OTT.
There were also rumours suggesting that JioHotstar had acquired the Telugu OTT rights. However, there has been no official confirmation from the platform or the makers. As things stand, the wait for the Telugu version continues, with the team choosing to remain mum.
Baahubali: The Epic has a runtime of around three hours and forty minutes and stars Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, and Sathyaraj in prominent roles.
