The latest and unexpected update is that the third season will be released in theatres. Titled Constable Kanakam: Khaal Ghat – Chapter 3, the makers have unveiled a glimpse, offering a sneak peek into the new installment. The shoot is set to begin soon.

Set in Repalle, Srikakulam, during the 1990s, the story revolves around a mysterious place called Adavi Gutta, where women who enter vanish without a trace. Things take a serious turn when Kanaka Mahalakshmi, aka Kanakam (Varsha Bollamma), a local constable, begins investigating after her friend Chandrika (Megha Lekha) goes missing.
