King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, has created new records in Bollywood. Fans celebrated the mighty comeback of the actor. Directed by Siddarth Anand, this spy action thriller was released during the Republic Day weekend.
Now the big question is whether the film will be able to cross the monstrous 1000 crore gross club. As of now, the movie made a whopping 865 crores at the worldwide box office. Initially, fans predicted that the film would easily cross the 1000 crore gross mark by the end of its run by looking at the momentum. But recently, the makers reduced the ticket rates.
This has affected the collections significantly, and it has now become completely uncertain if the movie could make it to the 1000-crore club. Till now, only four Indian films, namely Dangal, Baahubali 2, RRR, and KGF 2, have grossed more than 1000 crores. So it needs to be seen if Pathaan could join this elite list or falls short of the magical four-digit mark.
