Peddi is the latest cinematic venture starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan in the titular role. Helmed by director Buchi Babu Sana, the film features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. For the last few days, rumours have been circulating online that new scenes will be added while a few existing scenes have been deleted.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting an official announcement regarding this. During the Peddi success meet, the director confirmed that new scenes will indeed be added to the theatrical version starting this Wednesday. Giving more details, he revealed that two scenes featuring Janhvi Kapoor and another featuring Jagapathi Babu will be added to the cut.
Meanwhile, ticket sales remain solid today, largely thanks to the implementation of regular ticket prices. Producer Venkata Satish Kilaru happily announced at the event that the movie has already achieved break-even status in many locations in Telugu states.
