Chikiri Chikiri, the first single from Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s upcoming sports action drama Peddi, has emerged as the new favourite among music lovers. Composed by AR Rahman, the track has taken YouTube by storm, garnering over 128 million views and 1.1 million likes so far (Telugu version).
Ram Charan’s graceful dance moves, AR Rahman’s soulful composition, and Mohit Chauhan’s melodious rendition have together made Chikiri Chikiri a massive hit. Today marks AR Rahman’s birthday, and on this special occasion, director Buchi Babu Sana extended his wishes to the legendary composer.
Along with the birthday wishes, Buchi Babu Sana dropped a hint about Peddi’s second single, which instantly grabbed fans’ attention. He wrote, “Can’t wait for everyone to feel the magic of the 2nd single. I promise it’s a BLASTTT.”
It remains to be seen whether the team will release Ram Charan’s entry song as the second single or opt for the romantic number featuring Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. The film is being bankrolled by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyyendu Sharma, and Boman Irani play key roles.
