Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Peddi is still minting decent moolah at the box office. Though the film has entered its second week, it is registering good occupancies in the Coastal Andhra region.
The sports action drama has now gone past the Rs. 400 crore mark globally. Peddi has already emerged as South India’s biggest grosser of 2026, and it is potentially Tollywood’s biggest grosser of the year, with no other major releases currently confirmed.
Going into its third weekend, Peddi will face huge competition with as many as six films arriving at the Tollywood box office: Maa Inti Bangaaram, Cocktail 2, Deewana, Transfer Trimurthulu, Vanda Devullu, and Balan: The Boy.
The new releases will result in a reduced screen count for Peddi. Especially, Maa Inti Bangaaram and Cocktail 2 will take up a sizable number of screens in multiplexes. Hence, it remains to be seen how the Ram Charan starrer will fare amid the competition. Janhvi Kapoor played the female lead, and Buchi Babu Sana is the director.
