Even after TFCC’s Sub-Committee announced that there would be no hindrances for Peddi in Telangana, a fresh issue has now cropped up for the Ram Charan starrer. The exhibitors today held a press meet and announced that Peddi would not have ticket price hikes in Telangana, and that they had written a letter to CM Revanth Reddy opposing the hikes.
That’s not all. The exhibitors also issued an ultimatum stating that films would be screened only on a percentage-sharing basis from hereafter, and that it would be applicable to Peddi as well.
With less than two weeks left for the film’s release, fans are worried whether the latest industry issues will affect Peddi. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the sports action drama stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.
