Top Tollywood production house People Media Factory, headed by TG Vishwa Prasad, is also producing Tamil films. Lately, the production house backed Santhanam starrer period comedy-drama Vadakkupatti Ramasamy.
The film completed its theatrical run and is now available for streaming on Prime Video as well as Aha Tamil. As of now, only the Tamil version is available for streaming, along with English subtitles. Megha Akash played the female lead.
Vadakkupatti Ramasamy was written and directed by Karthik Yogi of Dikkiloona fame. John Vijay, M.S. Bhaskar, Ravi Mariya, and Nizhalgal Ravi played important roles. Vignesh Babu and Vignesh Venugopal co-wrote the screenplay. Sean Roldan composed the tunes.
