It’s been 15 years since a new star was born in the Telugu film industry. Natural Star Nani’s Ashta Chamma was released on this date in 2008. The movie is a game changer in Nani’s career post which the actor came a long way in the industry. The film, directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti, had Colors Swathi as the female lead.

Fans can’t believe it has already been 15 years since the film arrived. Bhargavi and Tanikella Bharani played other vital roles in this flick. Ashta Chamma opened to positive reviews and emerged as a solid blockbuster. Actress Swathi won the Best Actress Filmfare and Nandi award. Suresh Productions bankrolled Ashta Chamma.
