Pleasing first look of Utsavam unveiled

Utsavam, a new Telugu film written and directed by Arjun Sai, stars Dilip Prakash and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles, with funding from Suresh Patil of Hornbill Pictures. The film is back in the spotlight, and the makers have officially unveiled the first look poster.

In this captivating image, Dilip Prakash is seated on the floor surrounded by various drama objects, holding the Nataraja idol in one hand and a crown in the other. His joyful expression reflects a deep passion for the art. The first look is pleasing and leaves a positive impact, with the caption “The Show Must Go On” providing a glimpse into the plot. The release date for Utsavam teaser has been set for January 28, 2024, at 11:34 AM.

The narrative of the movie revolves around the revival of theater plays. With a stellar cast, the film delves into the life of Krishna (Dilip), a determined individual dedicated to breathing life back into theaters. Alongside his love interest Rama (Regina), he confronts challenging situations, fueled by unwavering love for his father portrayed by Prakash Raj (Abhimanyu Narayan) and a profound respect for the art. As Krishna navigates his emotions for Rama, he emerges as a steadfast beacon of hope for the revival of theaters and stage plays, holding the fate of numerous artists in his hands.

Utsavam promises to be a complete family entertainer, blending emotions, love, and entertainment. The ensemble cast includes Nasser, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam, Ali, Prema, L.B. Sriram, Anish Kuruvilla, Priyadarshi, Amani, and Sudha. Cinematography and music are handled by Rasool Ellore and Anup Rubens, respectively, while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao serves as the editor.
