In a latest interview, Pooja revealed that in Mumbai, everyone calls her a Telugu girl. Pooja went on to say that she takes a lot of pride in being called a Telugu ammayi. Pooja believes that the Telugu film industry has given her respect and made her whatever she is today. However, the actress, born to Kannadiga parents in Mumbai, says that she is emotionally invested in every industry.
In Telugu, after Radhe Shyam, Pooja will also be seen in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya in February. She is paired opposite Ram Charan in this big budget social drama.
