Teja Sajja’s Mirai hits theatres worldwide today to phenomenal buzz, after a special premiere last night that drew an enthusiastic response. Directed by Kartik Gattamneni, the film has already become the talk of the town.

Since last night, a picture of Prabhas as Lord Sri Rama has been making the rounds on social media, with many fans believing he makes a cameo in the film. The truth, however, is that Prabhas only lent his voice for the prelude. He does not appear on screen, and the image being circulated is misleading clickbait designed to grab views and likes.

Backed by People Media Factory, Mirai stars Shriya Saran, Ritika Nayak, Jagapathi Babu, Jayaram, and Getup Srinu in key roles, with Gowra Hari’s rousing background score adding tremendous impact to the narrative.
