The PAN-Indian action drama Kantara: Chapter 1, headlined and directed by Rishab Shetty, hit the big screens yesterday with special premiere shows. Ahead of its release, a few had doubts about its box office prospects, but the film is off to a flying start.
PAN-India star Prabhas, who earlier supported the biggie by launching its Telugu trailer, has now shared his review of the action drama. Taking to his Instagram story, Prabhas wrote, “Kantara Chapter 1 is a brilliant film with outstanding performances from everyone. The biggest blockbuster of the year. Congratulations to Rishab Shetty, Vijay Kiragandur, and Hombale Films.”
Kantara: Chapter 1 has now won over the biggest PAN-India star as well, and it looks poised to shatter box office records in Sandalwood. Rukmini Vasanth played the female lead, while Gulshan Devaiah and Jayaram appeared in key supporting roles.
