The fifth installment of the highly successful Golmaal franchise went on floors this year. Ajay Devgn headlines the film, while another star hero, Akshay Kumar, will be seen as the antagonist. Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, and Sharman Joshi play other key roles in this Rohit Shetty directorial.
Priyamani is also a part of this big-ticket entertainer, and according to an exclusive report by Variety India, the actress will portray a negative character in Golmaal 5. She had earlier collaborated with Rohit Shetty for a special song in Chennai Express, starring Shah Rukh Khan.
It will be interesting to see how Rohit Shetty has designed the role for the National Award-winning actress. Johny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, and Ashwini Kalsekar are also part of the film, which is slated for release in 2027.
