Senior actor Mohan Babu is a proud father. Yesterday, Mohan Babu was the chief guest at the audio launch function of his daughter Manchu Lakshmi’s upcoming film, ‘Dongaata’. Speaking on the occasion, Mohan Babu said that he always wanted to see Lakshmi as a singer and that he is happy that his dreams are fulfilled finally.
Apart from acting in and producing the film, Manchu Lakshmi even sang a funky mass number, ‘Yandhiroo’. The song has become very popular and speaking on this, Mohan Babu said that Lakshmi’s voice reminded him of yesteryear’s famous playback singer LR Eswari.
The film is directed by debutant Vamsikrishna and the makers are planning to release the film in May.
