Ponniyin Selvan 2 is one of the upcoming biggies this summer. The movie, directed by Mani Ratnam, has solid hype in Tamilnadu. The first part was a sensation in Tamil, but the response wasn’t that great in other languages.
After teasing the audience about the trailer release yesterday, the makers have now given the official update about it. Accordingly, the theatrical trailer will be launched on 29th March. A grand poster featuring Vikram and Aishwarya Rai was released to announce the same.
Jayam Ravi plays the titular role, while Karthi, Trisha, and Sobhitha Dulipala essay other important roles. AR Rahman composes the tunes. Lyca Productions, in association with Madras Talkies, is producing this high-budget period action drama.
