The grand ceremony of the 67th edition of Filmfare Awards South happened last night in Bengaluru. Many South Indian stars graced the award event.
Telugu movie Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun in the title role, swept a majority of awards. It won Best Film, Best Actor, Best Cinematography, Best Music Director, Best Male Singer and Best Female Singer awards. The actor Allu Arjun took to his social profiles and thanked everyone for making Pushpa win accolades and awards.
On the other hand, the sequel to this action drama is all set to kickstart its principal photography this month. Rashmika Mandanna to romance Allu Arjun in this Sukumar directorial. Devi Sri Prasad will provide tunes to Pushpa: The Rise, scheduled to hit screens in 2023.
