Sigma marks the directorial debut of Tamil Nadu CM Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay. Headlined by Sundeep Kishan, the movie is an action-adventure comedy backed by Subaskaran of Lyca Productions. Faria Abdullah plays the female lead.
The team showed the theatrical trailer to master storyteller SS Rajamouli, and after watching it, the sensational director said positive things about the film. “The first impression I got of the film is that it is a fun ride. It has lots of fun, lots of adventure, and Gen Z kind of action. It looks nice. Sigma releases in theatres on October 2. Don’t miss it. There are many notable faces, and they all did a fabulous job of bringing this fun adventure to you,” said Rajamouli.
Raju Sundaram, Anbu Thasan, Yog Japee, Sampath Raj, Kiran Konda, and Magalakshmi Sudharsanan play supporting roles. Catherine Tresa will be seen in a special appearance in a high-energy song. Thaman composed the tunes.
