Super Star Rajinikanth’s intense gangster drama, Kaala, is going to be one of the most eagerly awaited movies in 2018. Rajini will be seen as a gangster turned slumlord in the movie. Rajini had wrapped up shooting his part earlier this month.
It’s already known that Kaala is scheduled for a summer release. According to the latest reports, the makers of Kaala are planning to release the film during the Tamil New Year in April next year. An official announcement with the exact release date will be announced later.
Pa Ranjith is directing Kaala. The film features Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar, Samuthirakani, Pankaj Tripathi and Anjali Patil in prominent roles. Rajini’s son-in-law and star hero Dhanush is producing this high budget film.
