Global star Ram Charan and director Shankar Shanmugam teamed up for the first time for Game Changer, which was released as a Sankranthi special on January 10, 2025. Unfortunately, the movie was a box-office failure. Now, the movie’s OTT release date was announced.
Today, Amazon Prime Video announced that Game Changer will be available in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada on February 7, 2025. The gap between its theatrical release and OTT arrival is less than a month, while the Hindi version will be released after an 8-week gap from its theatrical run. It remains to be seen how the movie will perform in the OTT space.
Kiara Advani stars as the female lead, with Anjali, SJ Suryah, Samuthirakani, Jayaram, Srikanth, and others in prominent roles. The film was produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, with Thaman composing the music.
