Peddi, starring Ram Charan, recently made headlines for its shoot on the streets of Delhi, near Parliament and India Gate. A few pictures showing Charan in a rugged look, carrying a bag and walking through the location, went viral and triggered a social media rampage.
It has now been officially confirmed that the Delhi schedule has been wrapped up. The announcement came from cinematographer Ratnavelu, who described the shoot as delivering “immersive, poetic visuals” and praised Ram Charan for being at his incredible best. He also shared a few visuals from the shooting spot, though none featured the actor.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead in the film, while Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, and others appear in key roles. The film is produced by Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. Peddi is slated for a pan-Indian release on March 27, 2026.
