Ram Pothineni pinned a lot of hopes on his first Telugu-Tamil bilingual, The Warriorr. But, sadly, the film tanked at the box office. This action flick was directed by commercial director N. Linguswamy and had Krithi Shetty as the female lead.
On the other hand, Gopichand was last seen in the sports action drama Seetimaar, directed by Sampath Nandhi. The actor-director duo collaborated for the second time for this flick, with Tamannaah Bhatia as the leading lady. The movie performed decently at the box office.
The news is that the Hindi version television premiere of both these action dramas will be happening tonight at 8 PM. Seetimaar will be telecasted on Zee Cinema, while The Warriorr will be telecasted on Colors Cineplex. One more coincidence is that both movies are bankrolled under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Let’s see which movie fares well on television.
