In response to the heightened negativity, Sastry took to X (formerly Twitter), defending their creative process by highlighting the passion and love invested in delivering a quality song. Unfortunately, the situation escalated further, with a particular group of Mahesh Babu fans creating a toxic online environment, ultimately leading Sastry to deactivate his X account.
The strong reactions from netizens are viewed as potentially detrimental to one’s well-being. Some argue against targeting creators in this manner, emphasising that while constructive criticism is acceptable, the use of offensive language goes beyond acceptable boundaries.
