Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash, is gearing up for what could be the biggest release ever for an Indian film. The epic, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is scheduled to release on November 6, 2026, with Sony Pictures handling its international distribution.

The makers are planning a simultaneous release across major overseas territories, including China. Trade circles believe discussions are also underway to align the Indian release with the same date, paving the way for a massive worldwide launch.

With Ranbir Kapoor leading the cast and Yash playing the powerful role of Ravana, expectations are sky-high. The scale, visual effects, and global appeal of Ramayana have generated tremendous excitement among movie lovers.

If the buzz translates into ticket sales, the film could challenge opening-day records and deliver one of the biggest worldwide openings ever for an Indian movie.
