The upcoming epic Ramayana continues to build strong buzz, with fresh reports now shifting focus to its teaser and a special international screening. Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita, the film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra.
As per the latest updates, the makers recently held a special preview screening in Los Angeles, with key members of the team in attendance. The exclusive showcase for a select audience has already sparked curiosity, and early reactions are expected to surface soon.
Adding to the excitement, the teaser is said to have a runtime of 2 minutes and 38 seconds. The glimpse is expected to introduce key characters such as Lord Rama, Sita, Ravana, and Hanuman, offering a first look at the film’s scale and visual grandeur.
The teaser is likely to be released in both Hindi and English, reflecting the makers’ global ambitions for the project.
The film also boasts a strong supporting cast, including Yash, Sunny Deol, Vivek Oberoi, and Ravi Dubey in pivotal roles. Backed by Prime Focus Studios in collaboration with DNEG, and co-produced by Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana is being mounted on an unprecedented scale.
The film’s music is composed by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, with the screenplay written by Shridhar Raghavan. It is also being designed as a large-scale IMAX cinematic experience. Ramayana is slated for a grand release during Diwali 2026.
