After his appearance in the high-octane action drama Singham Again, Ranveer Singh is set to return to the big screen with Dhurandhar, an intense spy thriller directed by Aditya Dhar, best known for URI: The Surgical Strike.
On the occasion of Ranveer’s birthday, the makers released the first glimpse of the film – an action-packed teaser filled with gritty visuals and a powerful Punjabi-style hook song. Ranveer stuns in a never-seen-before rugged avatar, sporting a full beard and long hair, exuding raw energy and screen presence.
The film features a powerhouse ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal in key roles. Backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film is expected to deliver a gripping espionage narrative with stylized action. Shashwat Sachdev composes the music, adding depth to its intense tone.
Dhurandhar is slated for a grand theatrical release on December 5, 2025, setting up a major box office clash with Prabhas’ The Raja Saab. With both films targeting a nationwide audience, especially in the North Indian belt, it will be exciting to see which one captures the spotlight.
