Satya Dev and Venkatesh Maha are all set to test their luck with Rao Bahadur. The duo has pinned high hopes on this psychological drama set against the backdrop of a fading aristocracy. With the film hitting cinemas this Friday, expectations have grown steadily, thanks to its promotional campaign.
Meanwhile, the film’s censor details are now out. According to the CBFC report, references to Mahatma Gandhi and the Emergency were removed following the board’s directives. What purpose these references originally served in the narrative remains an interesting question.

Rao Bahadur stars Deepa Thomas as the female lead, alongside Vikas Muppala, Bala Parasar, Anand Bharathi, Pranay Vaka, Kunal Kaushik, and Master Kiran in key roles.

The film is presented by Mahesh Babu under the GMB Entertainment banner. It is produced by Sri Chakraa Entertainments and A+S Movies in association with Mahayana Motion Pictures.
